Just finished my last week of Wilton's Course III in cake decorating. We were instructed to create a tiered cake and incorporate stuff that we learned during the course. My great-grandmother's birthday was actually in September, but she was out of town at that time and then the wedding/honeymoon came so the cake was a little delayed. Sorry Grandma!
